With a passion for Fusion American food, Chef Stephen Milstein has a culinary flair that further expands the Ember Grille menu.

Influenced by Franco-Japanese and French-Asian styles, Chef Milstein evokes high culinary standards in food preparation and presentation. His dinner menu includes a variety of dishes with the best available seasonal ingredients.

As an accomplished ice sculptor in addition to his food and wine talents, Chef Milstein garnered wide acclaim throughout Texas and California during his 17-year career in upscale restaurants and five star hotels, including Four Seasons, Hyatt Regency and Ritz Carlton hotels.
